• How long has doctor been practicing dentistry; NY always been home for his/her practice?
• Find out if specialty is, in fact, cosmetic dentistry. Does doctor specialize is any certain aspect of cosmetic dentistry?
• Does doctor's practice work with any insurance networks?
• Can the procedure you're interested in even be covered by insurance?
• Cost of procedure you're interested in?
• Find out if there are fees you should be aware of. For anesthesia? Materials? X-rays, lab-time, necessary follow-up visits?
